Our goal is to maximize our client's purchasing power. Our Buyer clients receive 1/3 of the commission we earn from the Seller as a Buyer Incentive. This Buyer Incentive can either be a credit of 1/3 of the MLS offered success fee (Buyer agent fee/commission) to you at the time of closing as a closing credit or negotiated off of the final purchase price. Many times this amounts to 1% of the final purchase price, resulting in less money our clients have to bring to closing or lower purchase prices.
