We feature all of our listings on our Facebook and Instagram pages.  While there are dozens of social media platforms available to us all, we feel strongly that Facebook and Instagram actually provide the right captive audience for real estate.  Instead of having a watered-down presence on dozens of social media platforms, we concentrate and excel on those with the highest ROI.  

We feature all of our listings on rockwoodrealtygroup.com.  Your home will have its own unique place on the web with pictures and features.  We promote our site and our listings in order to directly capture buyers interested in your home, further increasing the odds that we will sell your home ourselves. 

Open houses are back, and that's great news for sellers.  No longer just for nosey neighbors and 'tire kickers'.  Todays buyers are actively seeking out the homes they want to see in the price ranges they are looking at, and attending open houses.  In the last 4 years we have seen open house attendance more than double.
